From a young age I have always been creative and had an interest in cameras. Growing up near the Dorset coast, I quickly grew to love the outdoors and exploring new places and started to develop my photography skills whilst documenting this. In my teenage years my hobby blossomed, and I went on to study both Photography and Creative Media.
In 2015, I began doing music photography, using my skills to promote my Dad’s band and have gone on to photograph lots of different events and festivals across the South Coast. In 2017, I began contributing my photography to Sync Music Blog too.
Family and child portraiture sessions are still relatively new to me. I started out by taking photos of my niece, born in 2017 and loved documenting her development, and wanted to be able to capture this for other families too. I currently work in a nursery during the week, so have experience working with lots of different children and I am fully DBS checked. I enjoy working with children and seeing their personalities bloom.
I have a passion for capturing moments as they happen and personally much prefer the more ‘candid’ shots rather than anything overly posed as the results appear much more natural.
